  • Review conversation history

  • Trigger additional automations as needed

Additionally, the chatbot can be programmed to check order tracking status, provide product availability and inventory, and access data directly from Shopify’s API. It also features a human handoff option, seamlessly transferring conversations to support staff when specific keywords are detected.
